1. Close all browsers, as well as every single browser session. There must be NO chrome applications opened!
  2. Open one Chrome browser, one tab. If it is NOT a blank tab, click the  + to open a new blank tab and close the first tab.
  3. At the top right, click More .
  4. Click History > History.
  5. On the left, click Clear browsing data. A dialog box is displayed.
  6. From the Time range drop-down menu, select All time.
  7. Select the check boxes Browsing history, Download history, Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  8. Click Clear data.
  9. Close the Settings tab.
