If you can't log in to AnswerConnect and you're getting the following message: "Sorry, your credentials were not recognized or your subscription may have expired".
First thing to do is to use the Forgot your password link on the login screen. To do so, proceed as follows:
- Click Forgot password?
- Enter your user ID, which is your e-mail address.
- Click Request Password.
- You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
If you get the message Please enter a valid User ID, then either your e-mail was incorrectly entered or your e-mail is not registered with an AnswerConnect user profile.
Refer to the AnswerConnect admin in your office or to your account manager to have a user profile created or corrected for you.
