The new an improved CCH AnswerConnect Canada home page gives customers access to
- (1) 360 view of all content categories, organized across eight tabs including an "All" tab.
- (2) dedicated seach bar and widgets for every category, in each tab,
- (3) easy access to History, Favorites, Help Menu and Account Settings in the top right corner.
In the Account section users can:
- switch UI language (English/French),
- change password,
- edit profile,
- sign up (or update preferences) to Tax News emails.

News Email Alerts
New On/Off feature for Tax New Email Alerts
This features allows a customer to stop receiving tax news emails. It does not unsubscribe them but suspends the emails. When they turn the feature back on, the emails will resume with the selection of topics they had previously saved.
Unsubscribe will delete a customer's selection and data. To start receiving emails again, a customer would have to resubscribe to the emails and reselect the topics they’re interested in.
