"Ask a Tax Question" (new) tab
From the Ask a Tax Question tab on the home page, users will be able to ask specific tax questions and get Editorially Curated Answers to their questions. Our editorial team regularly updates existing/adds new questions and answers to the application.
Improvements to our search results filters
From the Municipal and Indirect Taxes tabs, users are now able to narrow their search results to Online Books and Topic Pages (Indirect Taxes tab only).
Adding former versions of the Income Tax Act
From the All or Federal tab, under “Other Legislation” users can now search for archived versions of the Canadian Income Tax Act.
- Documents from 1940 to 1972 are currently available on the application.
- Documents from 2011 to 2023 will be added imminently.
- Documents 1972 to 2011 will have to be added soon.
