Search
After running a search users have the option of selecting a filter on the search results page to narrow their search by Document Type.
Users can now further narrow their search with a second level of filtering.
These granular filters (Additional Filters) apply to (i) Other Legislation, (ii) Commentary and Analysis, (iii) Government and Agency Documents.
Upon clicking "by Type" users see a window popping up with one or several additional filters they can choose from to further narrow their search by document type.
Income Tax Act - Adding Related Matters in 360° View
References to the former Income Tax Act, 1970-71-72 are now listed in the Related Legislation tab in 360° View.
Customers can also now access additional related content linked to the different sections of the Income Tax Act (Book chapters, Commentary, Newsletters etc..) all listed in the More… sub-tab.
Former Income Tax Act, 1970-71-72
Users can now browse the Former Income Tax Act, 1970-71-72 (English version) from: Federal Income Tax (tab) >Federal Tax (widget) >Browse Legislation (page).
The Former Income Tax Act is at the bottom of the "Related Legislation and Regulations" list on the Income Tax Act browse page.
Quebec Budgets
Users can now browse to all Quebec budgets and analyses on the budget from: Provincial Tax (tab) > Impôt du Québec (widget) > Parcourir la Loi sur les impôts, les règlements et les lois connexes (page).
Loi sur la taxe de vente du Québec (LTVQ)
Users can now access Related [LTVQ] Regulations upon launching the “Related Legislation” side panel in any section of the act.
Favourites
A “Folder” column has been added to the the All Items table on the favourites page. The column only appears when the "All" option is selected in the "Folder" filter.
