AI-Powered Document Summarization
Users can now generate instant AI summaries directly from any document in CCH AnswerConnect Canada. By clicking the new Summarize icon (three checkmarks with lines) in the document toolbar, the AI Assistant side panel opens and automatically provides a summary of the current document—no need to return to the homepage. Summaries match the document’s language, can be copied to the clipboard, and users can provide feedback or ask follow-up questions for deeper insights.
Note: This feature is currently available only on select documents. The Summarize icon will appear when the option is supported.
New AI Workspace Experience in CCH AnswerConnect
The AI Workspace has been redesigned to deliver a modern, intuitive experience. Now labeled AI (or IA in French), the workspace features a refreshed layout, centered design, and updated messaging to guide users through intelligent research. The search bar includes clearer prompts, and responses are displayed in a streamlined format aligned with the latest design standards. Functionality remains unchanged, ensuring users can continue asking tax questions seamlessly.
