"Ask a Tax Question" tab renamed to "AI Search"
To make things clearer and easier to find, the “Ask a Tax Question” tab is now called “AI Search.” This new name better reflects what the feature does—helping you quickly find answers using smart search technology.

You’ll now see a cookie banner when you first log in. It gives you clear options to manage your cookie preferences. You can also update your choices anytime using the settings button in the footer.

Updated Interface on the Search Results Page: A Fresh Look with Familiar Functionality
As part of this release, the Search Results page has been given a visual refresh. While the layout still feels familiar, you’ll notice:
- Updated fonts
- Updated colors
- A more modern overall look that helps you focus on what matters
These changes make the page easier to use and more visually appealing, while keeping the structure you’re used to. It’s part of our effort to keep the platform simple, professional, and user-friendly.

Improvement to AI Responses in our CCH Browser Search Plugin
We’ve enhanced the Q&A feature within the CCH Browser Search plugin. Now, when an AI-generated or editorially curated answer is being prepared, users will see a visible message indicating that the response is in progress. Additionally, we’ve improved the overall response rate for AI-generated answers, resulting in frequent and more reliable performance. To install click here.
